All refurbished equipment is supplied with 6 months carry-in warranty and a 7 day DOA (Dead on Arrival) on all batteries, screens/Lcd’s, chargers, PSU, keyboard & mouse (applies to all laptops and desktop).
All new equipment is supplied with a one year manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Terms
Our Warranty Period will apply with respect to products supplied by Optisphere Technologies.
All warranties are carry-in warranty unless otherwise stated on the item’s description.
All faulty items will be replaced or repaired to the client if reported with proof of faulty within 7 working days of receiving the item.
After 7 working days the product must be booked in as per the standard warranty procedure.
All faulty parts covered by a warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge during the warranty period.
However, if any of the malfunctions are caused by user carelessness, inadequate maintenance or natural disaster, we will then provide repair and/or replacement services for a fee regardless of warranty period.
Batteries, Screens/Lcd’s, Chargers, PSU, and Keyboards & Mouse will only be covered on a 7 day DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty and if faulty they must be reported and sent back to our offices within 7 working day of receiving the item.
When in need of warranty services, the purchaser may visit our sales offices with the product or send the product with a detailed description of service required via courier to our offices ( the purchaser will be responsible for packaging, courier fees any courier insurance). Once repair services are completed the supplier will return the product to the purchaser (return courier fees will be paid by the client unless otherwise approved by management).
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or injury caused using the product or software. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the product is suitable for the user’s application. We will not be held legally for any malfunction resulting from user- carelessness, abnormal use, and/or natural disasters.
Our Warranty will not apply:
To products that are not used, installed or maintained in accordance with our written specifications, instructions or recommendations.
With respect to defects caused by improper storage or installation. Inappropriate product selection, product tempering , product misuse or abuse, product modification (without our consent), moisture or water damage, fair wear and tear, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, accident, fire, entry vermin or insects, negligence not caused by us or our authorized representatives or act of God .
If you or any third party has attempted to repair or replace the alleged defect before we are notified of your claim or without our written approval.
To the extent that the relevant loss or damage was caused by products not supplied by us or any other cause other than a manufacturing defect in our product.
