Pick-Up / Collection

All items that are ordered and marked for pick-up/ collection at our address: Optisphere Technologies U11A Corlett City, 600 Louis Botha Avenue, Bramley 2090 will be made ready for pick-up within 48 working hours of the order and full payment being received.


We offer our services nationwide and are able to deliver your products throughout the whole of South Africa.

There is a flat rate of R250.00 for delivery on orders less than R5 000.00, and FREE delivery on orders above R5 000.00 Nationwide.

All orders that are to be shipped will be made ready for courier pick-up within 24-48 working hours of the order, and full payment is received.

Our preferred courier is The Courier Guy, their turnaround times for deliveries, once items have been picked up from our offices:

South African Metro Areas: 2-3 working days

South African Rural Areas: 3-4 working days

Optisphere will provide you with a tracking number to track the progress of the delivery once order has been dispatched.

Our couriers will deliver the item directly to the address you provided for shipping, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage, all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.

Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note. Where a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, this should be noted on the Proof of Delivery. Kindly notify us of any damages noted.
Optisphere shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage evident on delivery where the Customer accepts delivery and signs the Proof of Delivery without amendment.
