Optisphere Technologies is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective.

All items bought from Optisphere Technologies online store have a 6 months carry-in warranty unless otherwise stated.

All our products are fully tested prior to being delivered, if the product is defective or Dead On Arrival (DOA) Optisphere Technologies will replace item(s). We require the customer to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) for this policy to be in effect.

All faulty items reported after 7 working days must be booked in as per the standard warranty procedure.

All faulty products must be returned with Optisphere written agreement within 7 days of delivery. The products must be in the same condition as it was sent and in perfect re-saleable condition. If the device is declared to be faulty by the client and on testing and inspection it is found to be in working order by our technicians, the courier costs of the return will be for the customer’s account.

To start a return, you can contact us at itsales@optispheretrading.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide confirmation of this, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
